The building is entered from the slope side on the top floor, which forms a discreet address. The entrance area is lifted from the bright, muddy clinker brick facade with a greenish Andeerer natural stone. The green natural stone is again used in the more private window openings under the window reveal to trace the filigree, grid-like structure of the building, which is supported by the floor-to-ceiling, copper-colored windows of the living rooms. The apartments, which are laid out on each floor, are each organized into two parts: In the north, a flowing, private space is created, which surrounds the structured core and thus creates various private zones for the master bedroom, bathrooms and cloakroom.
To the south there is an axial corridor from which bedrooms branch off to the side and face the garden. At the end of the hallway there is a large living room with a kitchen island. This room – individually designed depending on the floor – invites you to enjoy the landscape and the view of the lake via attached terraces and winter gardens.
