This design ensures that all apartments have good lighting and generous private outdoor spaces. The squat building rises two stories high from the grown terrain on the slope side and is addressed from this side and accessible via a foot and car lift. From the street side it appears as a noble, reserved spatial sculpture. The facade is clad with elegant, vertical, travertine-like porcelain panels, which give the building a stoically calm and monolithically woven facade. The metal work such as railings, window frames, pergolas and metal sheets are in a black-brown tone and give the appearance a cautious playfulness, while the windows on top of each other ennoble the overall appearance. A spacious maisonette apartment is being built on the top floor with a roof terrace above and a three-sided terrace on the first floor. The flowing living, kitchen and dining room of this apartment is oriented towards the fantastic view, while the rooms behind it have an elegant bathroom and sleeping accommodation. There are three further bedrooms on the lower floor, two of which have a terrace facing the lake.
In the southeastern half of the same floor, another apartment is being built, which also places emphasis on flowing opening towards the view, while private functions are realized in a secluded manner. On the lower two floors, two apartments will be created with access zones along the longitudinal axis, whereby the play with generous openings and intimate retreat zones will be continued: living with a terrace facing the garden and view, as well as private rooms as places of retreat with side terraces. The garden level uses its additional depth to create intimate atriums, which, in combination with programs such as the bathroom and fitness studio, create unique living qualities. A facade-wide terrace and a private garden area invite you to linger and are accessible via stairs.
