The facade of the building is in a whitish color that is reminiscent of the Bauhaus villas in the area. Vertical plaster structures the facade with elegant lines, while the windows are framed with smooth plaster. The retaining wall blends into the landscape organically, curved and also with smooth plaster. The roof, sheet metal work, railings and windows are in an elegant bronze tone, which gives the building a timeless elegance. The building ends at the top with a bronze hipped roof that has central hatches. Access to the building is via a garage entrance from Susenbergstrasse, with the green terrain rising to a plateau on which the villa sits majestically. A garden staircase leads through the greenery and offers scenic access to the house from Richard-Kissling-Weg.
The floor plans of the apartments are carefully designed and are generally accessed from the north side. A spacious apartment is being built on the garden floor, the northern half of which has a spacious floor plan with bedrooms around a central core. In the other half, there is an open floor plan facing the garden and the view with a living, dining and cooking area, which is connected to an office that can be separated by sliding doors. Above them are almost identical floor plans with characteristic bay windows, while spacious maisonette apartments with a wide view and quiet retreat on the upper floor are being built on the top two floors.
