The building, which is set in light gray hammered clinker brick, is intentionally kept calm and close in tone, with a light tin roof and anodized aluminum window frames to the facade. As in the sister project, the gable facades are faced with a vertical wooden filter. On the slope side facing the garden, this is formulated as a perforated facade with punctual openings, while on the opposite side movable wooden slats modulate the completely glazed facade.
The full floor benefits from its own west-facing pool and garden seating area while the large and open living spaces with balconies face south and east. In the roof, a maisonette type comes into play. This creates a secluded but open flowing space under the gable on the upper floor for the Master Bedroom which is crowned by a freestanding bath with adjoining terrace recess.
