In order to meet the challenge of a very long, slightly sloping plot, two volumes were created that rest on a shared underground car park.

This creates an ensemble consisting of a six-family house and a single-family house. The apartment building is characterized by an offset, which divides the building into a lively head building, enlivened by cantilevered balconies and bay windows, and a quiet, hermetic structure, so that the building can be embedded in the green terrain with a certain nimbleness. The volumes are tied together by a uniform cladding with light gray clinker brick.

By moving the window layers back into the façade reveal and the neutral coloring of the aluminum, the buildings have a light, sculptural-plastic appearance, which is further enhanced by the transparent glass railings. The main building offers a wide, individual mix of floor plans with a variety of attached outdoor spaces, while the single-family home impresses with a simple layering of various open and private room types.
