The Rüschlikon building, which rises from a green retaining wall base in the district, is being built as a partner building to the neighboring building to the south, which has already been completed.

His vocabulary is taken up and completed with the new building as an overall composition. The building is positioned towards the view on the south-eastern edge of the plot with a retaining wall and is accessed on the garden side via a footpath along the northern edge of the plot, while the underground car park is accessed via the green edge of the slope. The volume appears as a subtle body with an offset gable roof and an open façade facing the view. On the eaves sides, the perforated façade is homogeneously clad in horizontal greyish clinker brick, which continues the rhythm of uniform aluminum windows with vertical scroll layer fields to create an appealing overall design. On the lake side, the façade is opened up by generous glazing and horizontal balcony strips. As a mediation between inside and outside, vertical sliding elements made of metal slats are used to modulate privacy, while at the same time giving the façade a woven design quality that contributes to the uniform appearance of the building. On the slope side, the gable façade is framed with slender vertical metal panels between continuous ceiling spires and serves to integrate the situational perforated windows into the overall appearance. In this way, two homogeneous design worlds, the grayish clinker brick façades and the bronze metalwork, are brought together to form a clear whole.

Inside, apartments in the top segment will be realized on five floors: On the garden floor, two apartments will be created, divided along the longitudinal axis, with lounges and bedrooms facing the garden, while they will be supplemented with a rich program of recessed functions, such as bathrooms and dressing rooms, lit from above. Above this, a full-floor apartment offers a generous mix of flowing living spaces with views and private bedrooms facing the garden. On the second standard floor, two apartments will be built with access along the longitudinal axis so that they can each be oriented on three sides and face nature and the lake. At the top, a large maisonette apartment will be realized, the upper floor of which will contain a spatially sculptural master bedroom with sweeping views.
