The building will be clad in a natural-looking, finely woven white and light grey clinker brickwork, which gives it a calm overall appearance. Pearl beige wood-aluminium windows, picket railings and sun protection elements lend the façade an elegant touch. The building is topped off with a recessed pearl beige sheet metal roof, while a spacious roof terrace is created on the green flat roof. The building fans out towards the south-west, following the sloping topography, creating spacious terraces and outdoor areas. A slight terracing on the hillside creates private outdoor spaces, while on the garden level, two habitable side wings with garden access are embedded in the landscape. The wings contain the secluded bedrooms of the L-shaped, mirror-symmetrical apartments.

At the bend, we find access via a central staircase on the hillside, which is also connected to the recessed bathrooms.
