The façade is clad in light-coloured, vertically grooved render, punctuated by recessed wood-and-metal window frames and cantilevered ceiling slabs with a uniform overhang, which lend the building its calm, structured appearance. Each of the ten units faces in several directions and thus receives both morning and evening sun. The floor plans evolve from a clearly defined entrance area into open, flowing living and dining areas, which merge seamlessly into the respective outdoor spaces via floor-to-ceiling lift-and-slide doors running the entire length of the space.
The bedrooms are consistently oriented towards the quieter rear of the plot and are separated from the communal areas. In the penthouse units, the floor plan projects outwards on both sides, creating terraces on both sides of the building and offering panoramic views of Lake Zurich and the Alps. The materials used in the interiors – real wood parquet, natural stone worktops, kitchen fronts in high-quality veneer – continue the tonal restraint of the façade inside.
