Floor-to-ceiling windows are set into a woven, light grey clinker brick façade, whose ceiling edges are emphasised and refined by carefully executed rolled layers. The protruding winter gardens create a transparency in the building structure that interlinks the interior with the green garden space, thus creating a close connection between architecture and landscape. Brownish metal window frames, supports and railings lend the façade a calm rhythm and harmoniously integrate the south-facing balconies into the overall sculptural appearance. The building is accessed from the hillside via a car lift and the main entrance. Vertical access is provided by a central staircase core, which connects two apartments on each floor.

On the ground floor, the recessed bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing rooms are organised via a corridor attached to the core, allowing for a spacious living room with an open kitchen and directly adjoining garden seating area to be created on the south-west side. Along the east-west axis, the living room extends into the garden via winter gardens, enriching the quality of living with a variety of outdoor connections and differentiated views. On the upper floors, the private bedrooms and bathrooms open up onto the surrounding green space via open corners of the house. The floor plans consistently follow the established logic of a generous extension of the living space to the south, creating bright, spacious living situations with a strong connection to the surroundings.
