The buildings are situated on the gently sloping terrain, following the natural topography, and face west. The 2.5- to 5.5-room flats, with floor plans ranging from 81 to 133 m², feature clearly defined entrance areas that flow into open-plan living and dining areas, which are extended outwards by spacious balconies measuring over 20 m².

The four garden apartments will feature private outdoor spaces of up to 200 m². On the top floors, there are sweeping views over the vineyards and Lake Zurich. The energy concept is based on a ground-source heat pump combined with the building’s own photovoltaic systems.
