All functional layers are arranged in the north of the plot. In this way, visitor parking spaces, garage access and rest areas are efficiently concentrated in order to free up the rest of the plot for garden design and curated outdoor space references. Seven family-friendly apartments are being built in the countryside. On the garden floor there is a large, south-facing apartment and a more private east-west-facing apartment, whose intimate living niches act as hinges between inside and outside. On the standard floors, the volume is divided lengthways so that the spacious floor plans can develop from more private rooms with a side garden connection via a corridor to flowing open rooms with a southern garden orientation.
The apartments impress with a series of articulated references to the outside: from the private winter garden in the master bedroom to the corner balconies in the south, a wide spatial panorama opens up to the resident. The building is rounded off with a horizontal structure. A vertical grooved plaster in the surface complements the fine abrasion of the ceiling foreheads. The depth of the grooved plaster reflects the light gray of the façade foreheads, while the surface is kept in a darker tone. This creates a harmonious ensemble, which is tied together by the filigree railings and carefully fits into the landscape design marked by feather pears and winter linden trees.
