The building takes up the feel and color world of its natural surroundings, which is reflected in the depth effect of the vertical structural plaster, while the clear, orthogonal formal language of the volume develops a stoic independence. The façade is horizontally structured by smooth abrasion on the ceiling fronts, while the pearl beige windows of the subtly playful façade subtly ennoble the organic appearance. Projecting balconies and winter gardens further break up the composition, while the offset balconies create privacy for the individual apartments. Two apartments facing the view will be built on the garden floor, the private program of which will each culminate in a spacious living room with direct garden access in the corners of the building.
On the west side, private sleeping floors with garden access are embedded in two maisonette apartments above, which can unfold into the pastoral nature from a large lounge on the upper floor via a series of winter gardens, balconies and garden seating areas. Here, a central two-and-a-half-room apartment is inserted between the units to look at the view, the entire length of which opens up to Lake Zurich. Two large units are being built on the attic floor, which, as a slightly modified cross typology, are surrounded by terraces at the four corners of the building, so that the open living rooms can be stretched between two terraces each. The placement of the bedrooms separates the outside spaces of the two parties so that the two spacious private apartments can develop independently in three directions.
