The building appears urban and vertical towards the street with continuously flowing, vertical facade elements, which together with the light-colored cornices of the likewise vertically flowing window bands form a rhythmic composition.

The structured soffits lend the balconies and conservatories, which appear to be almost floating, a precious, tactile appearance, while at the same time incorporating them creatively into the objective order of the window plane. The various facade elements are brought together to create a formative whole by means of almost transparent looking, attached stepped railings and crowned by a discreet metal roof with a jamb wall and hatchways.

Enveloped by a rich green belt, the L-shaped building opens to the rear where, guided by a stepped roofscape, it interlocks with its surroundings. The interlocking of the three-story building is used to breathe unique qualities into the apartment floor plans, which are laid out across the corners of the building: The apartments captivate with rich views, niches and daylight situations, and a lively allocation of interior and exterior worlds via the balconies and winter gardens.

Special emphasis is placed on establishing the apartment's internal social spaces, such as the living and dining rooms, in an open and relationship-rich floor plan, while the more private spaces provide sheltered retreats.
