The metal roof with dormers, designed without a jamb wall, emphasizes the cubic volumetry of the facade, which, with its salmon-colored grooved plaster, emphasizes its homogeneous, calm overall appearance and, in the course of the day, stages a sculptural play of light and shadow on the surface. The proportionally similar windows are placed punctually and framed with darker slightly overdrawn frames, so that the flowing surface of the facade is not broken and an ennobled, but quarter-typical image of a building with a perforated facade is inserted into the Riedhofstrasse. The car lift installed for access to the planned underground garage is discreetly fitted into the building form and merged with the building by tilted, funnel-shaped side walls.
On the garden level, a continuous apartment with generous living spaces and a south-facing garden seating area is created. In the center of the house, a mix of a 2.5- and a 4.5-room apartment is created, with the gable-end projecting bay windows creating beautifully directed spaces and a clear caesura and independence for the units. Following the same layout principle, a spacious apartment with a west-facing living room bay and a south-facing maisonette with direct access to its own roof terrace will be realized above.
