Individual. Close to the city. Close to nature.

The residential building appears as a simple rectangular structure by its orthogonal setting to the neighboring buildings, a quality and quiet understatement. The four-story building holds two apartments per floor, which span from southeast to northwest, each ending in a balcony and visually separated by a slightly projecting room. The attic floor is playfully slightly offset from this.

On the one hand, the volume is complemented by green steel elements such as the pergola on the roof and is used to formulate components such as the conservatories, thus articulating an architectural language that is differentiated from the simple rendered facade and lends a lightness to the ensemble as a whole.

On the sides of the building, individual living spaces are turned outward via bay windows or conservatories, opening up and enlivening the floor plan while creating exciting new spatial qualities.
