The building, which rises from a green retaining wall base in the neighborhood, joins a collection of family buildings that have already been built in the community, using the design elements of its relatives as a vocabulary and adapting it to its individual requirements.

The building body is positioned towards the view of the south-eastern edge of the plot with a retaining wall and is accessed on the garden side via a footpath along the northern boundary of the plot, while the underground car park is accessed through the green slope edge. The volume appears as a subtle hybrid between a gable roof on the slope side, which merges into a cranked gable roof with an open facade to the view. On the eaves sides, the perforated façade is homogeneously clad in lying gray-beige clinker bricks, which continue the rhythm of uniform aluminum windows with standing rolled layer fields in order to combine the façade into a design-appealing overall picture. On the lake side, the facade is opened up by generous glazing and horizontal balcony bands. As a mediation between inside and outside, vertical sliding elements made of metal slats are implemented, which modulate privacy while at the same time incorporating a woven design quality into the facade that contributes to the uniform appearance of the building.

On the slope side, the gable façade is framed between continuous ceiling panels with slim vertical metal panels and serves to integrate the perforated windows located in the situation into the overall picture. In this way, two homogeneous design worlds, the gray-beige clinker brick facades and the bronze metalwork, are brought together to form a clear whole. Inside, apartments of the top segment are being built on five floors: On the garden floor, two apartments are being built, divided along the longitudinal axis, whose lounges and bedrooms face the garden, while they have a rich program of secluded functions, such as bathrooms and dressing rooms, illuminated from above , be added. Above this, two full-floor apartments offer a generous mix of view-oriented, flowing living spaces and private bedrooms facing the garden. At the top, a maisonette apartment is being built, the upper floor of which contains a spatially sculptural master bedroom with a panoramic view.
