The floor plans of all floors are identical and follow a three-floor concept with three individual apartment types. An apartment with a conventional corridor typology is characterized by bedrooms and bathrooms along a central corridor, with all rooms having direct access to the façade. The centerpiece here is an open-plan living room with a conservatory and a balcony or garden seating area on the first floor. The other two apartment types are characterized by a more dynamic implementation of the circulation areas, with the open living rooms with kitchen strategically placed as links between the private rooms. The quality of living is enhanced by conservatories and terraces or balconies that are directly accessible from the living area. In general, the design concept is characterized by clear orthogonality in terms of design economy.
The façade surfaces are characterized by a needle roller plaster in a light violet shade of grey. The windows are designed in a restrained anthracite color, which allows them to blend discreetly into the façade surfaces and are grouped together by light, vertical plaster bands that extend from the base. Their stacked arrangement gives the façade a calm structure, which is further enhanced by the smooth abrasion. The other metalwork, such as the conservatories and the balustrades, are stove-enameled in a light grey. These details set accents and help to break up the volume of the building. Overall, these design elements result in a calm and horizontal overall expression that blends harmoniously into the surroundings and gives the building an independent presence.
